The Pyramid is an Ocean City landmark, offering a unique architectural design and a prime location on the beachfront. Enjoy an outdoor swimming pool and an oceanfront deck on the grounds, as well as easy access to a shopping center and public tennis courts directly across the street. Here on Coastal Highway, you’ll be within blocks of all sorts of restaurants, shops, conveniences, miniature golf courses, and nightlife. The 58-acre expanse of Northside Park is less than two miles north, while Fenwick Island is just over three miles north across the Delaware state line. THINGS TO KNOW A $40 nonrefundable registration fee is required. No smoking. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 11. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
