Drive two miles to Jolly Roger Amusement Park for kid-friendly fun in the sun – including roller coasters, miniature golf, and a water park. Enjoy leisurely evenings in the light-filled living area, furnished with an array of plush seating. A 49” TV awaits for movie nights! The well-equipped kitchen features everything to create delicious dishes, including a full suite of stainless steel appliances. You can keep the chef company at the breakfast bar. All the bedrooms have TVs, and the spacious primary suite features access to the balcony. The impressive en suite bathroom offers a walk-in shower and luxurious jetted tub. Extra amenities include complimentary WiFi, cable TV, and a washer/dryer. THINGS TO KNOW The unheated, shared pool is typically open from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. EV charging is not available/permitted on the premises. Doing so is cause for removal. There are charging stations at 100th St. bayside, 40th St. bayside, and at Royal Farms and Wawa in West Ocean City. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 3. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
