Guests will also enjoy access to the shared, outdoor pool when it’s time to really chill out back home. Ocean City offers plenty of easy-access, family-friendly fun up and down the shore. Walk the historic, three-mile-long Boardwalk with its midway-style games, seaside treats, street performers, and unique shops. Head north just two miles to check out the rides at the Jolly Roger Amusement Park or race down the water slides at the Splash Mountain Water Park. And if you want to head out on the water, book an offshore fishing expedition through a number of local marinas. Things to Know There are four beach towels provided. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 2. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program.
