Come home from a day of family fun and the well-equipped kitchen, which is great for making popcorn for a movie night with the family after a long day of fun. While this home does not have central air-conditioning, it is equipped with split-system air-conditioning. Things to Know Streaming services are available with guests’ own accounts. The indoor pool is open seasonally from May through September. This secure building is accessed via a key fob, and each reservation only receives two. This home is equipped with a queen air mattress for additional sleeping space. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 2. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program.
