Clearwater — 33718 East Hampton Ln The Villages of Clearwater consist of single-family homes located a few miles from the ocean and boardwalk in Bethany Beach. Most homes offer outdoor living space such as a deck or screened porch. The community offers an outdoor swimming pool, tennis, and ponds. This house is in the peaceful Clearwater community located less than 2 miles from the sand in Bethany Beach. There are sidewalks and side streets for biking and walking. There is an open green space in front of the house for flying kites, playing ball, or having a picnic. There is a free community pool and tennis court. There are two ponds near the house that allow catch and release fishing and plenty of bird-watching opportunities. For your enjoyment, the owners have provided 2 ‘cruiser’ bikes, 8 beach chairs, a beach wagon, and a beach umbrella. The garage is available for guest use and is equipped with an extra fridge for food and drinks. There is also a propane grill for use. There are board games, puzzles, and 2 Amazon Firestick Devices. There is wifi internet. There are three bedrooms: one primary with a king bed and primary bath, one queen room with a walk-out slider to the screened-in porch, and one bunk bedroom with 2 pyramid bunk beds. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room. The common areas are filled with natural light from the skylights, and you can enjoy a beautiful view from the front windows of the pond fountain. This property is managed by Vacasa Delaware LLC. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program.
