Off the kitchen, appreciate having access to a private office space. The villa’s bedrooms are equally inviting with their fabulous perks like soft linens, private TVs, and central air-conditioning. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This unit is on the 2nd floor and there is a flight of steps needed to get to the main level from the foyer. The bedroom on the top floor does not have a door at the top of the staircase and has a half-wall that is open to the living room below. The Bear Trap Dunes Owners Association charges an optional per person fee for guests ages 4 and older for the use of the community’s amenities, including the in-season beach shuttle, pools, tennis and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year and is subject to change without notice. Guests that opt to purchase amenity passes MUST purchase at the Bear Trap Pavilion. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. The bike seen in the screened deck will not be available for guest use. Items on the desk including computer, printer, shredder, and monitor will not be available for guest use.
