Begin each morning on the screened porch out back, where you can bask in the warmth of the morning sun as you sip a fresh mug of coffee. In the afternoons, salty and sun-kissed, retreat to the backyard patio for barbecues on the gas grill and tropical cocktails at sunset. The interior is polished and open, with central air conditioning on hand to keep you cool even in the peak of summer. Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and ample space to dine at both an island breakfast bar and an adjacent table. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property.
