Bring the whole family to the beautiful Sunset Island Townhome! Nestled in a prime location, this lovely abode boasts great views, four bedrooms, and excellent amenities both shared and private. As part of the Sunset Island community, enjoy indulging in access to the clubhouse, indoor and outdoor pools, a fitness center, private beach access, fishing piers, and walking trails.

When you want to get out and explore the area, check out nearby Embers Island Mini Golf, Northside Park, Paradise Watersports, Fenwick Island State Park, and Freeman Arts Pavilion.

Back at your retreat and ready to relax, find yourself lounging in the spacious living room, adorned with ample, soft seating, and a large TV. The full kitchen comes well-prepared for all of your culinary creations, so whip up something delicious before serving your dishes at the large dining table, or at the breakfast bar.

Two primary en suite bedrooms and two additional plush bedrooms ensure that you and yours are completely satisfied and content. The kids will enjoy using the den as a space to tune into their weekend morning cartoons, and the adults will appreciate how easy chore time is with the private washer/dryer. Additional interior perks include central air-conditioning and a two-car garage.

Outside, the views are magnificent from the townhome’s three balconies. End your evenings by taking a walk to the beach, where you can watch the sunset over the ocean.

THINGS TO KNOW

There is a corner store available with a coffee coffee inside, and an interactive fountain.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
A building registration fee includes 6 facility passes and 3 parking passes. The fees are the following: Winter (January 1, 2022 – April 30, 2023 and October 1, 2023 – December 31, 2023) = $100. Spring (May 1, 2023- May 27, 2023) and Fall (September 10, 2023 September 30, 2023) = $150. Summer (Sunday before Memorial Day, May 28, 2023 to Saturday after Labor Day, September 9, 2023) = $200. Children 3 and under do not require a facility pass. Additional parking may be available for purchase for an additional $70 at the community’s clubhouse discretion based on availability.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 3 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the “Additional rules” on the checkout page.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

UNIT SPECIFIC TERMS

– Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
– No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
– The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
– All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
– If early check-in is available for your reservation, you will be notified by 9 a.m. on the morning of your arrival by email. Late check-out is offered whenever possible for a small fee.
– No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises.
– No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected.
– Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.

– Due to local laws, regulations, or Homeowner Association rules, guests may be required to agree to additional terms of service. A signed paper contract is required to be completed and returned to Vacasa.

DAMAGE WAIVER

The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee (USD) with the following costs, plus tax if applicable:
0 bedrooms: $60 for stays 1-3 nights, $15 per night for stays 4+ nights.
1 bedrooms: $60 for stays 1-3 nights, $15 per night for stays 4+ nights.
2 bedrooms: $80 for stays 1-3 nights, $20 per night for stays 4+ nights.
3 bedrooms: $100 for stays 1-3 nights, $25 per night for stays 4+ nights.
4 bedrooms: $100 for stays 1-3 nights, $25 per night for stays 4+ nights.
5 bedrooms: $120 for stays 1-3 nights, $30 per night for stays 4+ nights.
6 bedrooms: $120 for stays 1-3 nights, $30 per night for stays 4+ nights.
7 bedrooms: $140 for stays 1-3 nights, $35 per night for stays 4+ nights.
8 bedrooms: $140 for stays 1-3 nights, $35 per night for stays 4+ nights.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to Vacasa prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

How to Report Damage
Please report accidental damage as soon as it occurs so we can assess and minimize the extent of the damages.

Damage Waiver Additional Terms and Conditions
The Damage Waiver only covers damage that occurs during the authorized rental period and that Renter or an authorized guest reports PRIOR TO CHECK OUT.
The Damage Waiver does not cover intentional damage or damage caused by smoking, pets or other animals brought onto the Property, or criminal activity.
The Damage Waiver does not cover damage to any structure other than the Property covered by your confirmed, non-fraudulent reservation.
Renter is responsible for any accidental damage that exceeds $3,000. Damages for covered claims in excess of $3,000 or for uncovered claims will be charged to the Renter’s credit card.
The Damage Waiver program is provided and administered by Vacasa and is not an insurance policy. The Damage Waiver does not provide liability coverage and does not cover vehicles or guest personal items.
