The air-conditioned interior has been decorated with the colors of the ocean, offering an open layout that brings together the living room, the kitchen, and the dining room. The kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances, intricately tiled backsplash, and a large island with bar seats for four. Other amenities include flatscreen TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, free WiFi throughout, and six beach chairs and a beach umbrella available in the storage shed. The Sea Terrace is a uniquely designed, oceanfront building in midtown Ocean City, with grounds that include a heated beachfront swimming pool, a sundeck, deck tennis, and direct access to the golden sand beach out back. Coastal Highway – the main thoroughfare that runs north to south through Ocean City and is lined with restaurants, casual eateries, nightlife, shops, markets, miniature golf courses, and other sources of entertainment – is less than a block west. The 58-acre expanse of Northside Park is two miles north while the heart of the Ocean City Boardwalk awaits just over four miles south. THINGS TO KNOW Sea Terrace is a non-smoking property, including in all common areas, the parking lot, the pool and sundeck, and all balconies A $10.00 per night cash non-refundable building registration fee is due at Sea Terrace. This covers parking for one vehicle. Please ensure any necessary permit is displayed at all times. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 14. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
