Recent updates (Spring 2022): A plasma purification was added to the new HVAC system for improved air filtration and the water heater was replaced. Recent upgrades (2018): Remodeled kitchen with updated appliances, granite countertops, some new furnishings, Cortec flooring, and updated paint colors in the hallway, dining area, living area, and kitchen. Additional updates (2017): New bathrooms and keyless entry front door. THINGS TO KNOW Balcony chairs have been updated as of the 2021 season. Please note that the fireplace is an electric simulated fireplace and has a heating element for cold nights. *Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. **Sea Colony will have ongoing construction from September through May. There will be construction noise that may be heard in the surrounding homes. Please be aware that this may be loud at times. The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per person resort fee for guests ages four years and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory.
