The full kitchen has all the small and major appliances and counter space you need to cook up a wonderful meal then serve people up on the dining table’s bench seating or outside on the furnished deck for a delightful al-fresco meal. You’ll have three well-appointed bedrooms to take advantage of when it’s time to call it a night. Good thing too, because with Sea Colony’s half-mile of private beach to enjoy, you’re going to want plenty of good rest. Spend the day enjoying the rolling surf then come home to use the private washer/dryer to knock out your beachy clothes. Be sure to take a walk to explore all the on-site amenities that include 10 shared pools, two shared hot tubs, a community fitness center with a sauna, and shared basketball and tennis courts. The central AC will keep the home nice and cool while you use the high-speed WiFi to research your next Bethany Beach adventure. Take a shuttle to the private, guarded beach and explore the nearby walking paths, playgrounds, boardwalk, and shopping and dining opportunities. You’ll also have mini-golf, amusement parks, water parks, kayaking, surfing, and fishing close by as well. THINGS TO KNOW The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per person resort fee for guests ages 4 and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. This property is managed by Vacasa Delaware LLC.
