Spend your evenings relaxing in the air-conditioned living area, watching your favorite shows or movies on the cable TV, or step out onto the balcony to enjoy the refreshing ocean breeze as you admire the beach views. If you’re visiting during the winter months, the living room features a cozy electric fireplace to keep you warm and comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the necessary appliances to prepare a range of meals and snacks, including a Keurig coffee maker for coffee lovers in your group. You’ll also find a TV in the bedroom, a stacked washer/dryer, and board games for your entertainment. Things to Know Please respect the no dog policy. The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per person resort fee for guests ages 4 and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory. There is cable TV. No streaming is available. **Sea Colony will have ongoing construction from September through May. There will be construction noise that may be heard in the surrounding homes. Please be aware that this may be loud at times. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
