Ocean Break enjoys a wonderful location in North Ocean City, one block off Coastal Highway and two (very) short blocks from the beach. You’ll have access to a rooftop pool with a view of the ocean and a number of excellent restaurants, casual eateries, shops, and attractions in the surrounding blocks, including Dumser’s Dairyland, The Fractured Prune, and beautiful, 58-acre Northside Park. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 1. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program.
