Relax in a lovely home with lots of ocean-themed decor, perfect for groups looking to get away to a family-friendly retreat. You’ll be less than seven miles from Fenwick Island State Park and 25 miles from Cape May-Lewes Ferry, and there is fishing, kayaking, parasailing, surfing, stand-up paddleboard, jet skiing, and boating to enjoy as well. Supermarkets, mini golf at The Millville Boardwalk, and a gas station are all nearby. Take advantage of the three pools to cool off after a fun hot-weather hike. You can also play golf at Bear Trap Dunes (two miles) and The Salt Pond Golf Club (four-and-a-half miles). On top of all that, the convenient wristbands you can purchase offer you access to the beach shuttle (Thursday through Monday), giving you an effortless way to frolic in the sand and the surf.

The muted colors and all-white walls will put you in a calm and cool state of mind (the central air conditioning also doesn’t hurt!). Lots of beach equipment is provided for guest enjoyment, and you can wind down after a day at the beach on the living room’s sectional sofa in front of a gas fireplace. There’s also a sectional couch upstairs in the home’s more casual second living room. The full kitchen features lots of kitchen equipment for guest use, as well as a prep island that doubles as a fun breakfast bar for casual meals. If you’d rather cook out, feel free to light up the private gas grill and enjoy a meal on the screened-in porch. Guests can also enjoy access to a shared pool, fitness center, and outdoor shower during their stay at this lovely home. We kindly ask our guests to note that our community does not permit commercial vehicles on the premises. Four adult bikes, six beach chairs, a boogie board, and one beach umbrella are available for guest use.
Age-appropriate games are available for younger guests.
Guests must travel by car to reach this home.
For a $175 per week mandatory rental fee, renters will receive eight wristbands and a keyfob with which to access the clubhouse, wellness center, pools and pickleball courts. The fee is to be collected by Vacasa at least seven days ahead of your arrival, along with your completed registration form. Children five & under do not require a wristband.
Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.

UNIT SPECIFIC TERMS

– Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
– No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
– The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
– All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
– If early check-in is available for your reservation, you will be notified by 9 a.m. on the morning of your arrival by email. Late check-out is offered whenever possible for a small fee.
– No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises.
– No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected.
– Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.

– Due to local laws, regulations, or Homeowner Association rules, guests may be required to agree to additional terms of service. A signed paper contract is required to be completed and returned to Vacasa.
– Property Specific terms:
Delaware Cancelation Policy: Within the first 24 hours of booking, you can cancel your trip for a full refund. Rental payments are fully refundable less the amount of Vacasa’s booking fee, which is earned on receipt and becomes nonrefundable 24 hours after booking for cancellations received 30 or more days before the first night of your reservation. No full or partial refund will be granted for no-shows or if you cancel less than 30 days before the first night of your reservation. If you purchase travel insurance, you must file a claim with the insurance carrier.

This agreement is between you and Vacasa Delaware LLC, acting for itself and for the owner. You will be sent a lease agreement within 24 hours which must be filled out, signed, and returned.

DAMAGE WAIVER

The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee with the following costs, plus tax if applicable:

0 bedrooms: $60 for stays 1-3 nights, $15 per night for stays 4+ nights.
1 bedrooms: $60 for stays 1-3 nights, $15 per night for stays 4+ nights.
2 bedrooms: $80 for stays 1-3 nights, $20 per night for stays 4+ nights.
3 bedrooms: $100 for stays 1-3 nights, $25 per night for stays 4+ nights.
4 bedrooms: $100 for stays 1-3 nights, $25 per night for stays 4+ nights.
5 bedrooms: $120 for stays 1-3 nights, $30 per night for stays 4+ nights.
6 bedrooms: $120 for stays 1-3 nights, $30 per night for stays 4+ nights.
7 bedrooms: $140 for stays 1-3 nights, $35 per night for stays 4+ nights.
8 bedrooms: $140 for stays 1-3 nights, $35 per night for stays 4+ nights.. Maximum Fee $250
8+ bedrooms: $25 per night. Maximum Fee $250

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to Vacasa prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

How to Report Damage
Please report accidental damage as soon as it occurs so we can assess and minimize the extent of the damages.

Damage Waiver Additional Terms and Conditions
The Damage Waiver only covers damage that occurs during the authorized rental period and that Renter or an authorized guest reports PRIOR TO CHECK OUT.
The Damage Waiver does not cover intentional damage or damage caused by smoking, pets or other animals brought onto the Property, or criminal activity.
The Damage Waiver does not cover damage to any structure other than the Property covered by your confirmed, non-fraudulent reservation.
Renter is responsible for any accidental damage that exceeds $3,000. Damages for covered claims in excess of $3,000 or for uncovered claims will be charged to the Renters credit card.
The Damage Waiver program is provided and administered by Vacasa and is not an insurance policy. The Damage Waiver does not provide liability coverage and does not cover vehicles or guest personal items.

Note: Millville by the Sea requires a $150 resort fee per reservation.

Renters will receive four wristbands and two access fobs. Wristbands must be worn at all times during the use of the amenities by everyone over the age of four. Up to 2 additional wristbands may be rented by renters for $20 per band. There is a $100 replacement fee for each lost or unreturned rental fob and a $50 replacement fee for lost or unreturned wristbands. Reservations made within 22 days of arrival will not have access to the community amenities. During the summer season, a guest registration must be completed in order to purchase the community amenities. The community charges a $150 flat fee per reservation for use of the amenities. You will be sent this information for completion shortly after booking. You MUST complete the information and return as soon as possible.

Disclosure: Regardless of age, guests are not permitted to exceed the occupancy stated in this document. In addition, all guests must adhere to the Town of Millville New Section 90-16,E which states: The overnight occupancy of a residential rental shall not exceed the sum of two persons per bedroom plus an additional two persons. Children under the age of six years shall not be counted towards the overall number of occupants.
