The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. The private boat slip can accommodate pontoon boats, kayaks, canoes, small power boats and watercraft less than 20’ in length. Water depth would be adequate for these types of watercraft. THE LOCATION Stroll 12 minutes for a sun-kissed day by the surf. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 1. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home.
