LIVING AREA After a fun-filled beach day, kick back on two leather love seats and a recliner in the living room. Watch favorite shows on the 48” smart TV, or relax by the glow of the remote-controlled electric fireplace. KITCHEN & DINING Prepare tasty meals in the kitchen, equipped with a full suite of appliances. Gather around the farmhouse-style dining table for meals. BEDROOMS & BATHS This condo sleeps up to nine guests in three bedrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed and 39” smart TV. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers two queen beds. The third bedroom is appointed with a twin bed, a twin-over-twin bunk bed, and a flat-screen TV with a DVD player. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination. OUTDOOR AREA Take in partial views of the ocean from your private balcony with seating for four. Located on the second floor, this unit is accessed via a flight of stairs. An outdoor shower on the grounds is handy for rinsing off after the beach. THE LOCATION Your condo is situated just 200’ from the Atlantic. Local shops and restaurants are within a few blocks. Roller coasters and a waterpark at Jolly Roger Amusement Park are within an 11-minute drive. The iconic Ocean City Boardwalk is a 14-minute drive. For a day of crabbing, kayaking, and fishing, drive 8 minutes to the Isle of Wight. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 2. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
