This 3 bedroom + den (with futon), 3 bath home, with extra space in the loft, is the perfect beach retreat. Relax overlooking the rear pond while you grill up your dinner – or enjoy your breakfast outdoors watching the waterbirds and deer. Terrific open floor plan sleeps 10, with 1,754 sq ft of living space; 1st floor ensuite bedroom/bath; loft bedroom has a pyramid (full + twin) bunk bed and two twin beds. Many extras are available in the well-equipped kitchen (Keurig and Cuisinart coffeemakers, air fryer, ice cream maker, waffle iron, two slow cookers, Kitchen Aid mixer, herb garden, and wine and cocktail gear, to name some of what is provided). A new second refrigerator and new second Keurig are in the loft. In the den, for your use are an Epson printer (with paper), variable height desk, variable height office chair, as well as a ring light for zooming. Dish cleaning and laundry supplies, trash/recycle bags are provided; condiments and pantry staples are available unless depleted by prior renters. The propane tank for outdoor grilling is full (please replace what you use). And for your time at home, there are lots of children’s art supplies, DVDs, board games, an X-Box 360, a Nintendo Wii, and games for both systems. Smart TVs and DVD players are in the downstairs bedrooms and living area; a fourth smart TV is in the loft; Bose radios are in the dining area and the ensuite bedroom; and a Bluetooth speaker for outdoor use is in the dining area. In the outdoor storage shed, you’ll find beach chairs, umbrellas, children’s beach toys, a rolling cooler, and a beach wagon; you’ll also see additional chairs and lounge chairs there for use at the house. Additional cooler bags are stored indoors in the coat closet. Everything in this fully equipped house and in the shed are intended for your use – please explore and enjoy!

This home is dog friendly, with just a few limits. A canine crate and adjustable gate are provided (in the front bedroom closet). Clean-up supplies for accidents are in the laundry room; please replace what you use.

Convenient location for the beaches, Fenwick Island, Delaware Bay, restaurants, outlet and antique/thrift shopping, golf, tennis/pickleball, and medical care. Drive, walk, or bike (around 2 mi) to the Bethany Beach area.

-Bedding: 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twins + 1 Pyramid bunkbed (Full/Twin), 1 double (Full) futon in den, and 2 double (Full) futons in loft.
Pillows, mattress pads, and blankets are provided. Sleeps 10.
-Beach Gear: Beach wagon (1), rolling cooler (1), beach chairs (10), beach umbrellas (4), beach chair umbrellas (2), children’s beach chairs (2), and children’s beach toys (many). Items not guaranteed.
-Outdoor Gear: Propane gas grill (utensils in hutch), table w/ adjustable umbrella, 4 chairs on deck; additional chairs (6) and lounge chairs (4) in shed. Citronella plants and candles (with lighters) are provided; an aloe is in the kitchen.
-Baby/Toddler Gear: child booster seat, stovetop guard, outlet guards.
-Dog friendly with additional fees (2 max); 50 lb limit for each. No pit bulls or aggressive dogs. A crate and adjustable gate are provided.
-Must be 26 years or older to rent this property.
-Community: Southampton, with community pool and tennis/pickleball courts a short walk from the house.
